“Without a doubt, booking PhotoHouse Films was one of the BEST decisions we ever made for our wedding.  We booked 10 hours of both photography and videography, as well as a Bridal Portrait Session and some other extras. From the very first phone call with Will, and at every step along the way, the level of professionalism, prompt communication, and the attention to detail by the entire PhotoHouse team was “First Rate”.   My Bridal Portraits were taken by Nicole, who is a gem!  I love that she sat down for a chat with me (and my mom) during my session to find out more about Wyatt and I. Our day of “Dream Team” consisted of Nicole, Morgan, John, and Jaime who not only captured all the special moments of our day, but stepped in to make sure that if something needed done, it got done. “We are completely blown away with Photohouse Films! Videography was one of the most important vendors to me, therefore a lot of time and research that went into finding the perfect vendor for us. I was finding myself discouraged at the prices of the packages resulting with only a highlight film consisting of 5-8 minutes. When I stumbled upon Photohouse and saw the documentary they include as well as the highlight film, I was certain it was a sign. From the beginning of reviewing their amazing work, and speaking to Will who so graciously answered all my questions, AND offered me unlimited advice for the wedding planning process in general I knew we needed them to be apart of our vendor team. Will was consistently so kind, and lived up to his word when he said let me know what else I can help with. I mean the man truly helped me envision the best layout of our event space. “Will and his team were fantastic on our wedding day. We hired Photohouse for both our wedding photography and videography. We also added the live-streaming service since we got married during the COVID pandemic. I highly recommend the livestream. Our guests that could watch it from home were so happy that they could be a part of our wedding day from their own home. Our at home guests shared that the livestream had amazing quality, audio, picture, and sound. Also, with the livestream, you will have your whole entire ceremony on video. One of things that impressed me with Photohouse is that they are extremely organized and have an amazing customer to client communication. When you hire them, you have access to a client portal, which allows you to tell Photohouse about your wedding and the photos that you are wanting to be captured. A month before the wedding, Will will call you and walk you through everything. He laid out everything for us before our big day and answered all of our questions. On our wedding day, Will and his team went above and beyond. They were extremely organized and kept things moving quickly in order to ensure they captured as many photos as possible. There was not much down time with them, which is great when you get married in the fall when the sun sets early. Will and his team were knowledgeable about lighting and the perfect spots to capture photos on our wedding day. They even brought a drone to help with higher shots. Will and his team were all over the venue making sure every detail and moment was captured. They were on the dance floor just like our guests. I highly recommend you get two photographers and two videographers because you can get so many more photos and videos captured. Will and his team did not make taking photos or videos awkward. “Our wedding coordinator (Nicolet from Westcott Weddings) connected us to Will and his team at Photohouse. He hopped on a call with us early on to understand our vision and our needs. We chose to have videography (a MUST) in addition to photography. Throughout the lead up to the wedding, his company sent out really helpful timeline emails and a Q&A for photos we wanted to prioritize.

On the wedding day, we had J and Morgan as photographers and Anthony and Izzy as videographers. They felt like part of the family that day. “When I started planning my wedding, I knew I wanted a videographer. I love having video footage, so I needed to have that for my wedding day. Our wedding planner Jen Ashford of Altar Ego Weddings recommended Will and Photohouse Films. They were incredibly responsive, and the package we picked was exactly what we wanted and more. Over the summer with it becoming clear that we were not going to have everyone we had wanted to invite there, we asked Photohouse about a live stream option in addition to the typical videography work we wanted. The live stream option gave people peace of mind that they were still able to celebrate with us virtually and watch our ceremony. Because the live stream had unlimited viewership, it even gave us the opportunity to invite way more people to watch. Everyone who watched our wedding on the live stream was so impressed with the hosted site and clear audio/ visuals. On the day of the wedding, the two cameramen were very kind and took videos of all the amazing details we wanted. They were by our sides for most of the day, but never felt intrusive. As part of our package, Photohouse created 2 keepsake videos for us: a 5 min video and an hour video. The first draft videos were amazing, and after we gave feedback, the second drafts were exactly perfect. Everyone we have shared them with has loved how beautiful and special they are. Those videos are the perfect keepsake to be able to rewatch our wedding day whenever we want. Thank you so much for capturing all of the special moments and letting us re-live them whenever we want. “I used Photohouse Films after seeing a friend’s wedding highlight video. I sent my mom the link the other videos so she could see them as well. We both cried during each highlight video because the Photohouse team does an AMAZING job! I wish we got our wedding video back sooner, however it is definitely going to be worth the wait and definitely worth spending the extra money. Before the wedding they have you fill out an in-depth questionnaire to make sure they have all of the details about your wedding day. We also had a phone conference to finalize everything and they were always available if there were any questions. During the wedding, the team was so sneaky that I didn’t even know they were there most of the time! Every once in a while I’d see them filming a shot from a cool angle, but most of the time I didn’t know they were there. Since I hired them for video only, they stayed out of the photographer’s way and let her do her thing first. I can’t say enough great things about this team! I knew I wanted them to begin with, but I was having a hard time with the cost of their services. In the end it was well worth it and I am so glad I didn’t go with someone else.
